Our mission is to be the premier PeopleSoft "total solution
provider", incorporating the necessary functional and technical skills and
abilities to meet the demanding needs of our customers.
Achieving our mission requires a careful selection of individuals; individuals with unique skills, abilities and personal attributes
differentiating us from our competitors. Each consultant must be a
high-achiever, technically and/or functionally adept with PeopleSoft, and a
problem-solver. We also strive to find consultants with unique skills, such as comprehensive
knowledge of benefits and payroll regulations, tax laws, web-page development,
databases, networks and XML interfacing. On average, each consultant has over 10
years of experience working with the PeopleSoft application. Additionally, our
consultants on average possess 10-20 years of widely varied HR expertise,
including administration and transaction processing.
To be the premier total solution provider requires a strong track record. Our
senior consultants typically have a greater amount of PeopleSoft experience
than the usual implementation partner staff and are provided at substantially
less than customary implementation partner rates. As a result, we are able to
fully and uniquely support our clients, develop a clear and concise
understanding of their needs, and provide personnel in a financially attractive
manner.
